Avery had a sick day yesterday (Pink Eye!) so we had a little homeschooling.

Garnett and Avery are still obsessed with Christmas and Santa Claus.  Avery likes to walk around the house with a pen and a pad of paper and ask people what they want for Christmas and then "write" it down on the pad.  So the other day she was making her Christmas list and she asked me what I wanted.  I said I wanted good children who always listened to me and did what I said.  She looked at me for a moment and then looked back to her list, pen poised.  "Daddy wants a truck."
